Area Sales Manager – France – Heavy Plant & Earthmoving Machinery We are exclusively working with LiuGong Europe who are growing rapidly and we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Manager to promote the sales of LiuGong Earthmoving Machinery throughout France. This position plays a critical role in driving growth across their earthmoving portfolio across the Northern France Region. Role Area Sales Manager Area Paris, with travel throughout France Salary €84,000 per year + bonus + benefits The requirements of the Sales Manager will be As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining prospective customer accounts within your territory Regularly visit customers in the designated region to identify new machine sales opportunities Support the Head of Sales in driving sales growth in the assigned area Build strong working relationships with customers to secure future business and ensure repeat sales. Stay updated on local market trends, industry standards, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge in the market The ideal candidate for Sales Manager will have Proven track record in sales, preferably within the construction equipment or heavy machinery industry Experience developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets Strong understanding of the construction equipment market, including trends, customer needs and competitor activity Experience in identifying sales opportunities, managing customer accounts, and securing long‑term business partnerships Excellent organisational skills to manage customer calls, sales pipeline, and follow up actions efficiently Ability to communicate in English at a business level The package includes Performance‑based annual bonus Vehicle allowance Full expense coverage for business travel Laptop, phone, and tools provided Health insurance and pension support Training opportunities and growth in a global business Apply online or call 0121 726 6590 for a confidential discussion / beth.jones@elitecn.co.uk Elite Consultancy Network is a brand within the Executive Network Group.
