**Your Missions**

In this role, the Finance Manager will oversee and enhance our international financial operations across 9 countries, with a primary focus on consolidation, team coordination, and process optimization. Reporting to the Head of Accounting & Administration, the Finance Manager will play a critical role in driving financial stability and operational efficiency across our expanding network.

**‍️‍️**Your responsibilities**
- **Annual Closing & Monthly Cut-Off Optimization** - Enhance and streamline annual closing and monthly cut-off procedures to ensure precise, timely reporting across all entities.
- ** Accounting Structure & Local Finance Team Coordination **- Standardize and consolidate accounting processes for international subsidiaries, working closely with local finance leaders (RAFs) and external partners to ensure alignment and accuracy.
- ** Financial Reporting Enhancement** - Strengthen both internal and external financial reporting frameworks for improved transparency and decision-making.
- ** Group-Wide Tools Management** - Oversee and optimize financial tools (e.g. ERP) at the group level, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and adapted to Electra’s growth.
- ** Consolidation** - Controlling inter-company flows, reporting and harmonising group processes. Communicating all the information required for consolidation (in conjunction with an external partner).

**Your Profile**
- ** Experience**: 5+ years in a similar role (experience in accounting firms is a plus).
- ** Education**: Background in finance & accounting.
- ** Skills**: Strong analytical skills, familiarity with accounting standards, and the ability to work in a multi-entity international environment.
- ** Technical Tools**: Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP systems (preferably SAP).
- ** Autonomy**: Able to work independently and excited to join a scaling startup.
- ** Language**: Proficiency in French and English is required.
