**Your Opportunity**

As a Customer Relations and KYC associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all new and existing client relationships and ongoing regular reviews and processes at Software Club have undergone the appropriate and timely process.

**Your Responsibility**:

- Perform the required Know Your Client (KYC) analysis on new and existing clients by documenting and corroborating the information obtained on the client as required by Software Club Procedures
- Responsible for reviewing and ensuring all required KYC and regulatory requirements for new clients and existing clients are met.
- Ensure compliance on key processes with regards to investments in PE funds and co-investment in private companies done by Software Club (e.g. reporting, capital calls are done on time, investors are contacted when needed, specific documents are sent as required, etc.)
- Liaise with other departments such as Operations as necessary.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and the team;
- Report any incidents or specific events on a case in a factual and concise manner.

**Your Qualifications**:

- Bac+5 or equivalent experience in the regulatory or compliance field
- Knowledge or interest in Asset Management industry and familiarity with industry jargon
- Knowledge in the field of Due Diligence, KYC, Compliance
- Knowledge and experience with various investment products and vehicles
- Strong work ethic, rigorous and proven capacity to work effectively with minimum supervision and in a fast-paced, start-up environment while producing quality work.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, prioritize work assignments, communicate effectively with internal staff and clients, and complete assignments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Follow-through skills and time management are critical elements of this position.
- Fluent in English and French (verbal and written)
