**Job Overview -**
We are looking for a Operations and Customer Service Associate who is bilingual in French & English to join our team
for Loop EU with 2+ years experience in Operations, Customer Service and/or Supply Chain management. We are
looking for a passionate, mission-driven professional who can uphold our high Customer ratings and build relationships
with our dedicated customers and vendors.
This position sits on the Loop Operations and will have the opportunity to support varied projects cross-functionally.

**PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Scope : France & Europe**
**Operations and Supply Chain**:
- Day-to-day management of vendors(logistics, warehouse, and cleaning) ensuring they deliver based on business
needs.
- Monitor performance of loops supply chain and act to resolve issues that arise. (logistics and IT-related).
Including generating and presenting reporting, and measurements
- Work closely with Loop QA, packaging team, commercial team to ensure vendors are complying on an
operational level with loop's requirements
- Being the local hand ensuring a smooth and efficient growth and new launches of partners
- Support building an ecosystem of vendors to support Loop'g growth in Europe.
**Customer Service**:
- Become an expert in all aspects of the Loop concept for its presence in store and online
- Help develop customer service processes, questions and answers to resolve issues that will satisfy the consumer
in a timely and personable manner
- Address general and account-specific customer inquiries; provide clear and concise information and update
customer account information as needed
- Use tools and resources to identify creative solutions and anticipate customer needs in our commitment to
maintaining the first point of contact resolution
- Meet performance goals that include, but are not limited to, customer survey results, schedule adherence,
quality and compliance standard
- Engage with our community through our social media channels to build relationships and answer questions
**Requirements/Skills**:
- 1+ years of professional experience in a customer service, operations management or supply chain management
role.
- Bilingual in French & English
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic business environment.
- Ability to develop innovative & creative solutions with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
