Sourcemap is seeking a Customer Success Associate to join our growing Customer Success team. In this position, you will work closely with the Customer Success, Professional Services, Sales, and Product teams, strategizing and executing successful onboarding and implementations for a dedicated portfolio of customers. You will bring consistency and drive results for customers, delivering projects successfully against the predetermined Scope of Work (SOW) and key metrics. You will manage all internal processes to enable the customer lifecycle, ensuring that customers are renewing and growing their engagements with Sourcemap.
Sourcemap is headquartered in New York City, with an office in Paris, France. This position is based in Paris and requires an in-office presence at least three days a week.

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the annual customer lifecycle for multiple customers through post-sales activities including kick off, implementation, onboarding, renewal, and expansion.
- Ensure that all Sourcemap internal teams including Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, and Sales are aligned to ensure that the scope of work is successfully delivered.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to develop engagement strategies for providing impactful touch points throughout the entire customer journey.
- Understand the Sourcemap platform and how we deliver ongoing value to customers.
- Support customers throughout their engagement with Sourcemap and confidently answer advanced product usage and technical questions.
- Assist the Professional Services team to ensure all configurations, integrations, and customizations are fully tested and ready for deployment prior to reaching the customer.
**Experience Requirements**:
- 3+ years relevant work experience and demonstrated success in a customer-facing role, such as customer success, account management or strategic consulting
- Experience launching enterprise technology solutions for Fortune 500 companies, with a preferred focus on supply chain transparency, sustainability, or international business
- Familiarity with supply chains for apparel & home goods, life sciences, or tropical commodities, such as cocoa, coffee, palm, or soy.
- Experience working in a dynamic, fast-growing organization (preferred)
- Proficient in French and English (additional languages is a plus)
- Salary in line with applicable French market practices._
