Position Duties

Eisko and Polywink are growing

We are looking for a supervisor in charge of coordinating productions with the team and our customers.

Mission:

- Managing information and communication among the different teams (production, sales and marketing)
- An interface with customers' requests and feedback
- Coordinating ongoing projects to schedule casting, 3D scanning sessions, production tasks and deliveries
- Synchronize asset productions with marketing campaigns
- Managing and negotiating confidentiality and image rights for each project to optimize external communication

You are an experienced 3D tech artist wishing to move towards project management

or

You are an experienced head of project passionate about VFX / Video-Games and willing to learn more about 3D production

Skills we are looking for:
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate technical expertise and management skills.

You are a graduate from a 3D school (VFX, animation, video-games) or passionate about 3D and able to demonstrate it (technically and theoretically)

or

Bac+3 / Bac+5 with a first professional experience in the management / coordination in a domain close to 3D content creation
- Knowledgeable and confident about different technical elements and aspects of production (CGI and Real-Time pipelines, 3D scan, rigging, motion capture...)
- Positive and professional attitude, proficiency in writing and speaking English (as well as in French with your -best
- colleagues)
- Good knowledge of the VFX, video-game, AR/VR/XR, machine learning industries and metaverse universe
