VOUS VIBREREZ AVEC NOUS Le Corporate Payment a été identifié comme une activité à fort potentiel de croissance pour Edenred. Pour accélérer ce développement, une organisation dédiée a été mise en place avec une nouvelle Operating Unit, Pay Europe, en charge de l’analyse de marché, du business development, et de la gestion des programmes pour les clients internationaux européens. Concrètement, vous accompagnerez le développement de l’activité en France et en Europe via la structuration et l’optimisation des opérations, ainsi que l’amélioration de l’expérience des clients corporate de Pay Europe: - Structuration et optimisation des opérations sur les clients Cartes virtuelles Portail SaaS sur l’ensemble du parcours client - Optimisation de l’onboarding via un processus digital et automatisé - Définition et mise en œuvre d’outils/process pour minimiser et automatiser le traitement des demandes clients standard - Structuration et mise en place du suivi de la performance - Mise en place de facturation automatique et du suivi - Optimisation de la gestion de la donnée transactionnelle, pour améliorer le monitoring de l’activité, et rendre encore plus flexible le reporting clients - Lead et suivi de projets ad-hoc - Amélioration des opérations sur la solution d’IBAN individuels - Travail en collaboration avec les équipes Produit et Sales pour apporter des améliorations sur le produit Cartes virtuelles Vos principaux interlocuteurs seront les suivants: - En interne - Equipe Pay Europe (Business Developper, Produit, Marketing ) - Fournisseurs internes: - PrePay Solutions (joint-venture Edenred/Mastercard gérant l’émission des paiements): équipe technique & support - CSI - Trésorerie eQ - En externe - Fournisseurs - Clients et partenaires existants VIBRERONS AVEC VOUS Vous êtes dynamique, polyvalent, de formation type Ecole de Commerce ou d’Ingenieur. Vous avez une première expérience (> 4 ans) dans un ou des domaines suivants: - Univers bancaire/paiement/Fintech - Gestion produit - Implementation manager ou gestion de projet - Langues: Anglais et Français - Compétences - Etat d’esprit positif et ambitieux - Curiosité, avec un esprit pragmatique et tourné « solution » - Orientation client - Parfaite maîtrise de la suite Office - Une connaissance des solutions SaaS et API est un plus
