In this role, you will work across multiple countries and regions, spearheading projects to develop, implement, and scale innovative value‑added services for merchants (e.g., restaurants, retailers, and other partners).You’ll be central to shaping merchant‑related initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, enhancing merchant satisfaction, and driving collaborative, win‑win partnerships.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Merchant Ecosystem StrategyShape Ecosystem Vision : Support the division’s merchant strategy by identifying new trends, challenges, and opportunities in merchant ecosystems.Drive Value Creation : Develop programs to position Edenred as the partner of choice for merchants, fostering sustainable and mutually beneficial relationships.Boost Engagement : Enhance merchant satisfaction and deepen their engagement with Edenred.2. Project Management Across Teams & RegionsDesign and Execution : Lead the design, execution, and delivery of merchant‑focused projects across diverse countries and regions.Merchant‑Centric Initiatives : Deliver projects tied to merchant strategies, focusing on experience improvements and business growth opportunities.Knowledge Sharing : Act as the central point of contact, facilitating cross‑market collaboration and replication of successful best practices.3. Development of Value‑Added ServicesResearch Merchant Needs : Conduct market analysis, collect merchant feedback, and identify key pain points and opportunities.Ideate & Launch Services : Oversee end‑to‑end development and deployment of new value‑added services aligned with merchants' business objectives.Cross‑Functional Alignment : Work closely with Product, Marketing, IT, Operations, and Finance teams to pilot and scale solutions.Track Success : Define metrics to monitor adoption, engagement, and ROI of new services while driving continuous improvements.4. Stakeholder Management & CollaborationAlign priorities and project goals with Group‑level leaders as well as country teams, ensuring buy‑in for successful rollouts.Develop partnerships with external technology providers to co‑create and implement solutions that address merchants’ needs.Foster a collaborative environment by organizing workshops, knowledge‑sharing sessions, and community events for country teams.5. Performance Metrics & ReportingData‑Driven Insights : Define, track, and analyze KPIs to measure the success of projects and ensure strategic alignment at all levels.Regular Reporting : Prepare and share detailed performance updates, risk analyses, and outcomes with the management team.Iterate for Improvement : Leverage data insights to fine‑tune services and enhance the overall merchant experience.YOUR PROFILE1. Professional Experience5–7 years of experience in strategy consulting or project management in a multi‑country, multi‑BU organization (e.g., ecommerce, marketplaces, food delivery, mobility, hospitality).Proven ability to manage merchant‑focused projects (e.g., loyalty programs, value‑added services, B2B partnerships).Strong track record of delivering complex, cross‑functional projects within time and budget constraints.In‑depth understanding of merchant ecosystems (particularly in restaurants, retailers) and their challenges / opportunities.Experience engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders, internally and externally.2.
