GR Intérim et Recrutement, cabinet de recrutement spécialisé dans le recrutement international, recherche pour son client, une banque internationale située à Paris, **un(e) Assistant(e) Relationship Manager japonais courant H/F.**

**Ce poste est en CDI, idéalement à pourvoir rapidement.**

**DÉFINITION DES TACHES**

Au sein d'une filiale d'un Grand Groupe bancaire Japonais, vos principales missions seront les suivantes:

- Collaboration avec tous les membres de l’équipe commerciale pour atteindre le budget et contribuer aux chiffres d’affaire,
- Accompagnement et soutien en avant et après-vente auprès des clients,
- Traitement des demandes générales entrantes des clients internes et externes,
- Participation à la réalisation d'initiatives de vente collectivement avec l'équipe de vente,
- Intégration de données financières dans le système d’information
- Rédaction de rapports en anglais et en français avec analyse de données financières

**COMPÉTENCES REQUISES**

(H/F) Vous disposez des compétences suivantes qui vous permettent de prendre rapidement le poste en main à savoir un diplôme universitaire de niveau bac+2 au minimum, de préférence 2 ans d'expérience professionnelle minimum dans un poste similaire ainsi qu’une **expérience dans une grande entreprise internationale idéalement.**
Vous disposez impérativement d’un niveau de **japonais Bilingue**, d’un **anglais courant** mais aussi d’un français courant (que vous êtes capable d’utiliser au quotidien

Dynamique et impliqué(e), vous avez un bon relationnel et disposez d’un fort esprit d’équipe. Vous savez gérer les priorités et avez le sens de la confidentialité. Vous êtes également soucieux du détail et savez faire face au stress.

La rémunération se situe entre 35 et 40K€ selon profil et expérience.
