This position as a **Medical Writing Technical Assistant** offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our Medical Writing team in ensuring high-quality document preparation critical to clinical research. You will assist in managing the writing process and ensure that documents meet the needs of various stakeholders.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Manage and control the quality of long documents, ensuring they are in eCTD-ready format.
- Format deliverables in close collaboration with the Medical Writer in charge.
- Create and verify hyperlinks and bookmarks in documents.
- Convert documents to eCTD-ready PDF.
- Organize internal review processes and the signature process, in coordination with the Medical Writer in charge.
- Provide administrative and logístical support to employees:
- Operational secretarial support (calendar management, file tracking).
- Organize business travel. Manage expense reports. Assist with formatting various documents. Required profile

**About You**
At Excelya, we are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are ready to make a real impact in the field of medical writing.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a technical or administrative support role within clinical research or medical writing is a plus.
- **Skills**: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- **Education**: A degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a relevant field is preferred.
- **Languages**: Fluency in French and good command of English is required.
