This position as a Medical Writing Technical Assistant offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our Medical Writing team in ensuring high-quality document preparation critical to clinical research. You will assist in managing the writing process and ensure that documents meet the needs of various stakeholders.
**Main Responsibilities**:
Manage and control the quality of long documents, ensuring they are in eCTD-ready format.
Format deliverables in close collaboration with the Medical Writer in charge.
Create and verify hyperlinks and bookmarks in documents.
Convert documents to eCTD-ready PDF.
Organize internal review processes and the signature process, in coordination with the Medical Writer in charge.
**Provide administrative and logístical support to employees**:
Operational secretarial support (calendar management, file tracking).
Organize business travel. Manage expense reports. Assist with formatting various documents. Required profile
**Requirements**:
About You
At Excelya, we are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are ready to make a real impact in the field of medical writing.
**Experience**: Previous experience in a technical or administrative support role within clinical research or medical writing is a plus.
**Skills**: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
**Education**: A degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a relevant field is preferred.
**Languages**: Fluency in French and good command of English is required.
