In a context of a replacement, we are looking for our new talented billing manager to join our finance team.

**Your next missions**:
Reporting to the Billing and Collection Manager, you will be responsible for invoicing Free2move activities dedicate to you.

More specifically, you will be responsible for:

- Manual invoicing in compliance with legal and tax obligations
- Maintaining compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Managing credit note requests
- Dealing with anomalies in collaboration with sales, data entry and the accounts receivable department
- Working in coordination with the Sales, Collections and Sales Administration teams to improve and increase the efficiency of our invoicing process
- Carrying out the monthly closing in accordance with the annual closing schedule
- Participation in project development working groups (Ex : SAP S4)

**Expected skills**:

- minimum of 2 years university/technical degree in administration, commerce or accounting
- 5 years of post-qualification exp., with international exposure
- An experience in billing in a fast pace organisation
- Good knowledge of Excel that is daily use
- Fluency in written and spoken English

**As a real plus**:

- Knowledge in accounting and VAT is appreciated
- Knowledge in SAP S4 HANA is appreciated
- Knowledge in NIMDA is appreciated
- Experience in rent is appreciated
