**What you'll do**:
As an intern within the CX Internal Stories & Evangelism Team, you will work with the team to produce Customer Stories, you will help with the identification of customers for Analysts requests, and identify good stories to be included in global marketing brochure, etc. You might also build Logo Slides for the Sales Teams. These stories will help the sales and partners to have the right arguments on their competitive situation. You will also support (ad-hoc) Field References Enablement.
The success of your mission is to work closely with experts in that domain, therefore, you will learn and be exposed to amazing rich customer insights and experience from the team.
Your projects and tasks would include:
- Support the team to follow-up on wins & renewals to capture competitive differentiation, win details, learnings for strong internal “How to Win” Customer Stories to be used by the field against main competitors; be more agile & efficient to shorten their sales cycle
- Support the team to follow-up on identified go-lives to capture differentiation, learnings, project details, and prepare strong internal customer stories of recently implemented customers
- Create customer facing presentations for the sales to highlight how SAP Customer Experience is winning & implementing.
- Work with global CX Communication team to evangelize to all internal SAP community (stories, competitive deck, logo deck, solution overview, etc.) including Sales, Presales, Partners
**Your profile**:
Student in Bachelor´s Degree / Master’s Degree preferably in Business Economics, Business Administration, Informatics, Marketing, Social Sciences or similar
Computer skills: MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel); Communication tools such as Skype
Language skills: Fluent Business English, French, and others nice to have
Conscientious, responsible, ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Ready to work in a start-up mode to learn fast new activities
Prepared to get experience in project management and evaluating new business development opportunities
Bring a passion for technology and how it changes businesses
Have a strong customer focus and be an innovative thinker
Good communication skills and curious to learn more about communications
Ready to contribute to very visible projects
And for sure good sense of humour....
**Work Experience**:
- Ideally first business experience and work experience (internship) in a B2B environment
- Ideally experience with (SAP) CRM tools and first writing experience (in English)
