**Softway Medical recrute son futur Coordinateur Customer Success**à Paris **:
Rattaché(e) à notre filiale Nicesoft, vous participez à l'amélioration de notre solution Venus pour nos clients.
**Voici vos futures missions**:
- **Coordination**entre équipes Support, Déploiement, Développement
- Remontée, suivi et prise en charge des demandes d’évolution produit
- **Réalisations de développements** orientés satisfaction client
- **Aider** le support client et les équipes de déploiement sur les **sujets complexes** nécessitant **analyse**et **expertise**sur le code et la base de données
- Participer à la **formation** et à la **montée en compétences** continue des équipes
- Réalisation de **tests**sur les nouvelles versions
- A noter : possibilité de déplacements occasionnels_
**Les compétences requises pour ce poste**:
- Vous êtes issu(e) d'une formation supérieure (Bac +5) en Master II / Ecole d’Ingénieur spécialisée dans l’informatique, idéalement appliquée à la Santé et disposez de **5 ans d’expérience** en développement PHP et SQL.
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos qualités relationnelles et votre culture de la satisfaction client
- Goût pour le travail en équipe
Le petit + : Connaissance du secteur de la santé
