Acronis is growing a Cloud Development team within Global Inside Sales department to enable existing partners to sell Acronis Cloud Platform for Backup, Files Sync & Sharing and Disaster Recovery solutions.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Ensure current partner program is implemented across partner base and current messaging is adopted
- Adopt a learning culture and ensure you are familiar with all of the Acronis products
- Recruit, train and develop new partners within the territory
- Develop strategies for market differentiation, market penetration, and revenue/margin growth with our partners
- Manage key deals from lead to contract sign off
- Develop relationships with key end users to ensure we are aware at all times what is happening within their account and ensure marketing potential is fulfilled
- Generate leads for Acronis products to significantly contribute to the sales pipeline
- Develop and implement alliance marketing programs to support key alliances in France
- Implement our global campaigns within the region
- Develop and implement alliance marketing programs to support key alliances in the territory
- Engage Acronis presales and Technical support teams
- Key KPIs: Total Revenue from signed partners, churn rate (% of partners leaving the program), number of Acronis services sold through the partner

**WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**
- Strong presentation, communication and planning skills
- Graduate Degree and/or equivalent industry experience
- You have held a Channel sales and marketing position within a leading software vendor, with a minimum of 7+ years sales and marketing & management experience in the software industry
- You are well networked in the IT industry especially with resellers in France
- In depth channel and field sales experience
- Experience in implementing a distribution model with proven results in line with international business objectives
- In depth knowledge of the channel market, Systems Integrators & OEMs across the region
- Experience in effective marketing programs to support partner enablement and drive channel revenue
- Have first class presentation, communication and planning skills
- Fluent/Native French and English
- Be a natural team player and have a desire to work with others for broader success
- Be able to operate successfully in a rapidly changing, ambiguous and undefined environment
