**THE ROLE**:
This position is opening on a fixed term contract linked to a replacement, you will be managed by the Bunkering Department but you will work inside two departments in CMA CGM’s headquarters: in the Bunkering and Chartering departments.
**RESPONSBILITIES**:
**Your responsibilities will be to**:
To analyze all the suppliers’ and subcontractors’ risks related to social and human rights, environment, and business ethics through the Group’s internal tools.
To ensure the signature of CMA CGM’s code of conduct by the suppliers.
To ensure the follow-up of each supplier’s compliance file.
To start the expired compliances again.
To create an action plan adapted to the detected risks (with the help of the specialized CMA CGM’s departments if necessary).
To ensure the monitoring of the corrective action plans.
To answer to the suppliers’ “Know Your Counterparty” questionnaires.
To inform regularly the Bunkering and Chartering teams of the compliances’ status trough weekly or monthly meetings.
**Other tasks**: to create the entities for which the compliance is approved in the accounting software; to ensure that the fuel suppliers sign the documents related to bunkering procedures, then to forward these documents to the specialized team; to ensure that the fuel suppliers sign the appropriate contract.
**PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS**:
Graduated from a Master degree in CSR or law with a first successful experience in internship/job
Fluent English imperative. A second language is appreciated.
**Audit methodology**: to know how to identify, analyze and manage risks.
To know how to analyze a CSR and/or ESG report, a code of conduct, an ISO certification
Mastery of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Autonomous, you are a recommendation and decision force, you are organized, agile and flexible. You are as well a strong team player.
**Important knowledges**:
Understanding the stakes and knowing the requirements of the “Loi sur le devoir de vigilance”, of the “Loi Sapin II”, of the economic sanctions, of the ESG criteria and of the international initiatives regarding sustainable development (Global Compact, 17 sustainable development goals ) is imperative.
To know the terminology of CSR and compliance in English.
Knowledges regarding energy transition, energy types specific to container ships or regarding vessels’ chartering are appreciated.
