We are looking for a highly motivated and curious VC Analyst Intern to join our team and support our investment process. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in venture capital, from deal sourcing to conducting due diligence and helping evaluate exciting startups across various industries. You will work closely with our investment team and have the opportunity to learn from seasoned professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- **Market Research**: Conduct deep market research to identify trends, emerging technologies, and promising startups.
- **Deal Flow Support**: Assist in sourcing new investment opportunities by analyzing potential deals and identifying high-growth startups.
- **Due Diligence**: Participate in the due diligence process by helping assess companies, including financial analysis, market opportunity assessment, and competitive landscape analysis.
- **Financial Modeling & Analysis**: Help build financial models and perform financial analysis to evaluate investment opportunities.
- **Industry Insights**: Keep track of industry developments, competitor activity, and market trends relevant to AVP's portfolio and investment strategies.
- **Investor Relations**: Support the preparation of materials for meetings with potential investors, portfolio companies, and other key stakeholders.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with investment professionals, attend internal meetings, and contribute to discussions around investment opportunities and strategy.

**Requirements**:

- You are currently studying Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field.
- You have at least 6 months of prior experience in Investment Banking, VC/ PE, or at a startup.
- You possess strong research and analytical skills and are comfortable working with financial models and market data.
- You are genuinely passionate about technology and startups.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights.
