About us
At Upscalers, we are a thriving community of 80 European angel investors who are accomplished founders, CXOs, or VPs at some of the best European scaleups and unicorns. Our primary focus is on co-investing in Tech startups at Pre-Seed stage across Europe in both B2B and B2C (excluding Biotech). We take pride in conducting thorough due diligence and hand-selecting one promising investment opportunity each month. Our collaborative efforts extend beyond funding: we offer hands-on support, leveraging our collective experience, expertise, and networks to foster the growth of our portfolio companies.

Tasks

As the VC Analyst at Upscalers, you will be at the forefront of discovering potential investment opportunities that align with our investment criteria. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Sourcing potential investment opportunities,
- Organizing due diligence
- Selecting opportunities to present to the community,
- Managing interest collection and coordinating SPV creation,
- Providing support to our portfolio companies and follow their progress

**Requirements**:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following characteristics and skills:

- A Master's level education in Business, Engineering, Entrepreneurship or a related field
- Prior founder/operator experience in a Tech startup or VC experience.
- Enthusiastic, curious, and proactive in your approach to work.
- An entrepreneurial personality with a high degree of self-initiative.
- Superior communication and organizational skills.
- Eagerness to explore diverse industries and markets.
- Exceptional analytical skills with strong attention to detail and a profound understanding of various business models.
- A strong team player with an exceptional work ethic
- Fluency in both French and English
