To strengthen our team, we are looking for a** Customer Service Assistant, **at our head office in Fontenay-aux-Roses (92).

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Prepare price offers and consult supplier for quotations
- Receive orders, process them and follow up
- Reply to customer’s request regarding lead time, modification or cancellation
- Maintain durable relationship with customer by efficiency and reactivity
- Manage suppliers to ensure the smooth running of important orders
- Deal with urgencies
- Provide solutions to specific request
- Interface with our office in China
- Able to analyse the non-performance with factual data
- Coordination with the Customer Service teams, sales representatives and customers, in an international context

**REQUIRMENTS**
- International Business or Sales Administration degree preferred, and a successful experience in the commercial or Sales Administration field (3 years)
- Fluent in** French**, and good level of **English **writing and speaking
- Knowledge of MS-Office
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- International experience should be also appreciated
- Good adaptation skills: you know how to be versatile in carrying out different missions
- Highly customer-oriented and a friendly contact towards customers and colleagues
