We are looking for an energetic **Technical Sales Person **with sales experience who wants to significantly grow our presence & business in the West of France.

You work from home or at our head office in Fontenay-aux-Roses (92), France.

You are responsible for the development of the Group's turnover in the West of France in the field of printed circuit boards and technical parts sales to the electronics industry.

You support the Sales Department in improving and developing the Group's sales performance.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

In an international work environment and in a context of long-term projects, your missions are mainly:

- Prospect new accounts to bring new business
- Participate in the development of turnover with your OEM and EMS customers to increase current business
- Manage customers portfolio
- Issue quotes, negotiate prices
- Follow-up requests
- Control the progress of your projects (from 10k to 500kusd per year) relying on a large technical and quality team based in China, with whom you exchange daily
- Available to travel and visit customers and prospects (about half the time)

You will integrate a strong and stable professional structure, within a Human scale team.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Sales training and /or a degree in Sales or International Trade (Bac+2 to Bac+5), with a successful experience of at least 5 years selling industrial products (in the sector of the electronic components will be appreciated)
- Knowledge in PCB is a plus
- Great listening skills and a strong sense of customer service
- Bilingual in French, you also speak and write English fluently. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential for working in a multicultural context and teamwork
- Chinese language is strongly appreciated
- Effective territory management skills required
- High energy level, self-motivated and able to work without day-to-day instruction
- Curious and pragmatic, you have proven your autonomy and shown initiative
- Excellent interpersonal skills, rigorous and autonomous
- Pugnacious and persevering, you are capable of working on long cycles in project mode
- Driving license is required to visit prospects and customers
