In order to increase Customer satisfaction and CMA CGM profitability resilience, AQUA Contracts objective is to deliver a new seamless Operating Model quotation process, around a new digital tool, and ensure adoption and engagement of key stakeholders in a limited Hypercare phase.
**Main Role**: support the team in charge for deployment and animation of trainers
- Preparation of weekly meeting to support Work Stream Leader in line with governance
- Support Change Work Stream Leader & Project Director regarding Agency Network Change Animation, Lines Network Change Animation involving different stakeholders
- Support Change Work Stream Leader & Project Director regarding meetings with top management
Objectives & scope
- Trainers Animation : ensure Operating Model adoption and engagement to secure successful Deployment & Implementation
- Coalition Animation : Build a strong coalition of Top Management to validate key action plans, get informal feedback from the field to highlight corrective actions to be taken and spread best practices
Main Deliverables & Activities
- Preparation of the meeting communication and change animation: centralization of latest updates to share to team
- Trainer network Animation:
**o Support for survey follow-up (ADKAR) to measure**: awareness, desire to change, knowledge, ability & reinforcement needs
- Contribution weekly calls to ensure implementation within the lines of new processes & OM
- Support Weekly calls with Project Team to secure their onboarding, collect feedbacks regarding adoption/ usage of the tool and global perception (e.g., features easy to use, enhancements suggestions, potential pain points, questions to ensure rightful utilization)
- Coalition Meetings:
**o Support on meeting preparation and minutes (e.g covering**: Sponsors feedbacks on actions to be enhanced/clarified, alerts, next steps)
EXPECTED SKILLS
- Previous experience in deployment of new process/tools in large organization is a plus
- Action oriented, delivery driven, change agent
- Ability to organize, prioritize and structure the tasks as per deadline
- Attentive to detail and works with precision
- Ability to synthesize information
- Fluency in French & English mandatory
- Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally with an end-to-end mindset
- Knowledge of shipping and pricing processes would be a plus
