- **Rémunération **:De 35 000 € à 45 000 € brut par an selon expérience**

**DESCRIPTION DU POSTE**:
En tant que Customer Support Manager, vous serez responsable de la gestion et de l'optimisation de notre service client. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes pour garantir la satisfaction de nos clients et améliorer continuellement nos processus.
Equipe de 6 personnes.
**Responsabilités**:
- Assurer un haut niveau de satisfaction client en résolvant efficacement les problèmes et en répondant aux questions des clients.
- Analyser les feedbacks des clients pour identifier les tendances et les opportunités d'amélioration.
- Mettre en place et suivre des indicateurs de performance (KPIs) pour évaluer l'efficacité du support client.
- Développer et mettre en œuvre des processus et des procédures pour améliorer la productivité et la qualité du support.
- Collaborer avec les autres départements (ventes, marketing, développement produit) pour aligner les objectifs et les stratégies.
- Former et développer les compétences de l'équipe de support client.
- Gérer les outils et les systèmes de support client, en veillant à leur bon fonctionnement et à leur adéquation avec les besoins de l'entreprise.
**Profil recherché**:
- Expérience d'au moins 1/2 ans dans un rôle de gestion du support client ou de service client.
- A l'aise en Anglais impératif.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale.
- Capacité à résoudre les problèmes de manière proactive et à prendre des décisions rapides et efficaces.
- Compétences en leadership et en gestion d'équipe.
- Bonne connaissance des outils de support client (CRM, helpdesk, etc.).
