We raised $42M in '22 and have a decade+ runway enabling us to think truly long term. **Now is the right time**: While we have a fast-growing business, we are still very early in our journey with a large upside to capture and have a team that is small enough for you to have an indelible outsized impact on our journey. We are not too early, we are not too late. **Our culture**: ****The Role**: We are looking for a full-time Business Growth Manager for France, who will be reporting to the General Manager of France. We are looking for someone who can lead the growth team agenda at a country level while working with multiple stakeholders to deliver our ambitious goals. **What makes this role special?**: - You will leading the growth team agenda at country level working with multiple stakeholders to deliver our ambitious goals - Ensure that the team is focused on hitting individual KPIs that cascade up to departmental KPIs - Leverage data to understand various components and drivers of business growth, both organic and inorganic and identify growth opportunities - Analyze user journeys to provide actionable insights and recommendations followed by quick experimentation via A|B testing on traffic/funnel enhancement to drive impact - Analyze the overall supply and competition landscape to identify gaps and growth opportunities - Work with the regional Business Development teams to build and grow strategic partnerships with our supply partners - Undertake consumer research to identify needs and pain points and come up with consumer understanding backed ideas to unlock new avenues of growth - Own zero to one projects and new initiatives related to growth (e.g., external marketplace partnerships, booking conversion improvements etc.); from research and validation, to transitioning to functional ownership and scale-up - Define metrics & create systems & dashboards - Ensure that the team is pulling in the same direction to deliver outcomes for our members - Provide regular reporting to Growth leaders and senior management **What skills & experience do you need?**: - Overall 4+ years of work experience, preferably in business growth or category management roles in high-growth B2C companies in e-commerce, hyperlocal commerce, or similar tech companies - Have strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving unique business problems - Hands-on experience working with large data sets to identify trends and create insights to make recommendations to senior leaders - A self-starter and owner mentality - you can leverage the first principle thinking and lead "first-time" assignments with no playbook from initial problem framing to solution rollout - You will be the connector of a small team, keeping it upbeat and organized and just making things happen - The nature of the work is fast paced, hands-on and there's a bit of everything. Curiosity and data will be your key success factors - You will need to work with a lot of ambiguity and demonstrate a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment - Moving fast, learning faster will be critical to your success, moving in fast small steps and being able to prioritize what's important at any time will be important **Bonus**: - Previous commercial experience, working within a cross functional team setup - Ideally experience within the Travel Tech, Experiences and Hospitality industry - Understanding of the European markets - Proficiency in SQL, Looker and other advanced analytics tools **EEO statement**: **Privacy policy**:
