**International Trainee Program : Project Manager Digital Service M/F/d**:

As a participant in the International Graduate Programme (ELSE), you will have practical responsibilities. The experienced people you work with, the ambitious projects you tackle on a regional scale (EMEA) of our company will give you the experience you need to build a world-class career in our Service-Electrification division. The program with a permanent position is composed of three assignments in different roles in the Service division. From September: Two six-month assignments at ELSE France with different activities where you will deepen your knowledge of the company and your function. A six-month assignment abroad to gain insight into ABB's operations in a different environment/role and work on an exciting assignment with a different team, expanding your network. Reporting to the Sales Support Manager, you will coordinate operational activities, events and market research to meet the company's objectives and increase its market share.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Develop a global understanding of the company's digital products and solutions.
- Identify and characterize avenues for continuous improvement to enhance organizational performance and efficiency.
- Identify key performance indicators.
- Carry out projects to improve and deploy tools for managing projects, making offers and steering business operations.
- Liaise between sales teams and plants.
- Provide the team with advice and clarification on ABB solutions and customer needs.
- Maintain a technology watch for tools and solutions that can be deployed in line with ABB Group requirements.

**Your background**:

- You have strong digital skills, and recently graduated (Master 2 level) in computer science, mechanics, electrical engineering, management or electronic engineering.
- Fluency in English (C1) and French, other languages would be a plus.
- Ability to work cross-functionally.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- You are curious, resilient and open to new ideas.
- The following skills complete the profile: problem solving, goal orientation, precision in following procedures and a good interpersonal attitude.
- Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business.
