We are looking for a junior Finance Manager in France to help execute our financial strategy in the country and support a fast growing activity. France is a strategic location for Binance in Europe, with a strong team and exciting opportunities. Reporting directly to the local Head of Finance, the Finance Manager will have a broad scope, with autonomy and responsibilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate financial and company records, in accordance with local and company requirements
- Preparation of monthly management accounts for FR and various entities in the EU
- Handle all month-end process (Journals preparation including accruals and prepayments)
- Balance sheet reconciliation (intercompany balances, bank, fixed assets, AR/AP)
- Preparation of periodic tax filings to local tax authorities (VAT, CIT, etc)
- Assist with the preparation of financial information and other documentation for audit
- Support the EU Finance team with high-level projects
- Document and improve processes and internal financial controls
- Partner with the business and be a key actor to provide financial insights helping the decision-making process

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of relevant experience, in audit, accounting, or finance, ideally followed by experience within the fintech sector or crypto industry
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is a must
- Proficiency in accounting standards (IFRS and FR GAAP), French Tax and Legal aspects
- Master from Business School (Audit/Finance); Accounting qualification is a plus
- Netsuite experience would be an asset
- Knowledge and passion for the crypto industry
- High integrity, hands-on, proactive, well organized, careful and patient
- A team player, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced and high growth environment
