Our growth journey has already brought us success in France, and now we are looking for a passionate and experienced Key Account Manager to strengthen our presence in the South-West of the country.
Are you ready to make a real impact in the solar industry? As we expand our presence in France, we’re looking for a hands-on Key Account Manager who can build trust, offer insight, and turn opportunities into lasting partnerships.
Your role
As a key member of our French team, you are much more than a deal-closer — you are a strategic partner to your clients. You bring a strong understanding of the solar and energy storage industry and are skilled at identifying both commercial and technical needs. From the first conversation to contract signature, you build trust, provide well-founded advice, and deliver tailored solutions.
Your approach is focused on cultivating long-term relationships, grounded in mutual respect and shared success — not on one-off transactions. You report directly to the Sales Manager France and work in close coordination with colleagues across Europe to shape and implement the regional growth strategy.

**Responsibilities**:
v Develop and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with both new and long-standing clients, focusing on continuity and partnership.
v Identify strategic opportunities to grow our client base — particularly among developers, EPCs, distributors, and large-scale installers — and approach each with a long-term mindset.
v Act as a trusted advisor by deeply understanding each client’s context and challenges, and by co-creating tailored, high-value solutions that go beyond the transactional.
v Negotiate and secure agreements that are fair, sustainable, and aligned with the shared goals of both parties.
v Collaborate effectively across borders with colleagues in the Netherlands and peers in other regions, ensuring transparency, alignment, and mutual support.
v Stay well-informed of local market trends, regulations, and competitive movements, and translate these insights into actionable strategies and opportunities.
v Establish PVO as the full-service solar energy partner of choice in the French market by combining professionalism, technical expertise, and a long-term commitment to client success.

Qualifications/requirements
v You are someone who act commercially sharp but also consultative: able to think beyond the product and provide solutions.
v At least 2 years of experience in sales at a trading or distribution company. Experience in the solar or energy storage industry is a plus.
v Strong communicator and relationship builder — trustworthy, proactive, and professional.
v Native-level fluency in French and conversational level of English.
v Able to travel frequently within the region.
v Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative spirit.
v Respectful and professional demeanor in all interactions.
