For the Worldline Innovation & Experience Centre (IEC), we are looking for a coordinator whose mission will be provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the IEC.

**The mission**

Within the WL IEC, your mission will be focused on 3 major activities:

- End-to-end responsible for IEC Agenda
- IEC bookings and planning management
- Alignment with IEC stakeholders to gather required information before IEC activity
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Support IEC event
- Arrange catering & cleaning
- Cover the reception desk when required
- Provide general support to visitors
- Support the team to prepare event based on request
- IEC maintenace
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
- Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
- Proven admin experience
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Based in Paris area

- Microsoft Office Skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
