Vialytics is a fast-growing scale-up transforming road maintenance with AI-powered solutions. Our smartphone-based system helps cities detect road damage and make smarter infrastructure decisions. With 170+ partner municipalities and rapid growth in France, we're looking for a **Customer Success Manager to support our growth journey.**

**Your Key Responsibilities**:
On a given day, as a **Customer Success Manager**, you will:

- Own the full customer journey: onboarding, adoption, renewals, and upsells
- Build strong relationships with municipal clients and ensure high satisfaction
- Act as trusted advisor and problem-solver for your accounts
- Collect product feedback and help improve CS processes
- Collaborate with Sales and the German and French CS team
- Represent vialytics at smart city events and conferences

**We would be the perfect match if you**:

- Embrace our values: open-minded, appreciative, and up for it
- 2-3 years in Customer Success / Account Management in Software as a Service (SaaS) or at least Start-up or Scale-up Environment
- Strong communication, client-facing, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in public sector or smart city tech (B2G) is a plus
- Proactive mindset with a hands-on approach, comfortable with frequent travel and on-site client meetings, you have your category B driving licence
- Fluent in French (C2) and professional level in English (B2+)

**2. Showcase Your Skills (45 mins)**: Meet Birgit, our Vice President Customer Success global & Sales Europe, and Kim, People and Operations Manager, for a session where you will present a practical case to demonstrate your Customer Success skills.

**3. Team Meet**: A chance to meet the team either virtually or in person, based on availability.
