Je recherche pour un de mes clients, une biotech basée à Dijon, un profil de Senior Clinical Project Manager.
**Description du poste**:
Rattaché(e) au Directeur des Opérations Cliniques, vous aurez pour principales missions:
- Le management d’études internationales,
- La supervision et la coordination des aspects opérationnels, techniques et logistiques des études cliniques en lien avec les CROs, CMOs, Central Lab et tous les autres prestataires / consultants internationaux,
- Le contrôle & le respect de la qualité/fréquence des activités assurées par les prestataires en collaboration avec l’équipe projet,
- Le suivi du budget et le respect des timelines,
- La participation à la rédaction et mises à jours des SOPs cliniques.
**Profil recherché**:
- Formation : Scientifique supérieure (PhD, PharmD, Master 2),
- Expérience : Minimum 5 ans sur un poste similaire de Chefferie de projet international,
- Une première expérience dans un laboratoire pharmaceutique ou une CRO sur un poste similaire est souhaitée,
- Anglais courant nécessaire (prestataires internationaux),
- Soft Skills : Dynamique, polyvalent, Leadership,
- Excellentes capacités relationnelles et rédactionnelle.
Le poste est à pourvoir sur **Mars 2025**.
Poste basé idéalement à **Dijon** (ou Home Office avec **déplacements à prévoir sur Dijon**)
