You join the Digital Exchanges team as a customer implementation manager.
On a daily basis, your duties are to:
- Manage the implementation of contracts and amendments related to telematics services;
- Supervise in acquisition and restitution of telematic platforms;
- Perform customer support and management of complaints and requests for information.

You have at least 5 years of experience in operations management.
You are familiar with:
- Implementation of contracts and amendments concerning telematics services;
- Supervision of telematics platforms;
- Customer support.
You have a great relationship, a very good listening skills, you are:
- Rigorous and proactive;
- Customer-oriented;
- Motivated by teamwork.
You master English with a B2 level
