**Position**: As part of the Corporate Social Responsibility team, and reporting to the VP Corporate Social Responsibility, you will be responsible for accelerating the House’s key programs, initiatives and partnerships on Diversity, Equality & Inclusion, specifically on the topics of women’s empowerment and equality in the workplace. Your key missions: **Develop the CSR culture and commitments in terms of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion** - Contribute to the development of the company's DEI procedures and actions. - Build and disseminate the DEI culture within the departments - Retail, HQs, Workshops, Products, etc. - in collaboration with the HR and Training Departments. - Manage and monitor impact KPI’s - Coordinate the internationalization of CSR - DEI commitments and actions - Co-build and lead an internal network of DCI Ambassadors in the regions - Co-construct indicators and the ESG extra-financial report - Participate in the CSR and SRI discussions and networks of the LVMH Group and its Houses. - Strategic management of the program and its development - Coordination of stakeholders: UNESCO, DIOR internal departments, press, stakeholders - Recruitment and coordination of Mentees and Mentors - 400 per year: - Recruitment: management of consultants, UNESCO members, DIOR regional managers, partner schools in charge of sourcing. - Definition of event positioning and content - Co-management of communications: internal, external, press - Operational organization of the entire event: selection and briefing of agencies, coordination of participants - UNESCO, agencies, internal departments, - Budget management - Steering the incubation and deployment of "Dream for Change" social impact projects proposed by Mentees - Co-lead the education platform with the CSR Communications team **Develop initiatives in favor of women's empowerment** - Manage the partnership with the international association Women in Africa - Manage the partnership with the Chanakya School in India, dedicated to young girls - Build up and manage possible actions on the occasion of the Fashion Shows. **Profile**: - You have at least 5 years' experience in CSR, SIE, Partnerships and/or Events. - You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work on several projects simultaneously. - You are curious and open-minded, with a good team spirit. - You are convinced of the ability of the luxury and fashion industries to generate a positive social impact. - You are comfortable working in an international environment. - You have excellent communication skills. - You know how to implement and monitor key performance indicators - You are fluent in French and English. - Encouraging inclusion and diversity in all its forms, Christian Dior Couture has been committed since 2013 to an approach that promotes the employment of people with disabilities and the valuing of all singularities._
