We also pay particular attention to maintaining a transversal and holistic lens, ensuring that all dimensions of diversity are integrated and valued in our efforts. **Your job and daily missions**: As an I&D Project Manager, you will report directly to the Group Head of I&D and be instrumental in delivering our global I&D strategy. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by: **Facilitating change**: - working with entities I&D leaders to ensure our global strategy and initiatives are properly implemented locally, while paying attention to specific local contexts. - leading ad-hoc activities to promote I&D awareness and support change. **Building connections**: - acting as business partner with the entities to understand their needs, assess and scale selected initiatives, facilitate cross-entity collaboration and foster best practice sharing. - partner with Employee Resource Groups to amplify their voices and leverage their insights in shaping I&D initiatives. **Tracking I&D insights**: - overseeing comprehensive I&D data management, including the analysis of I&D survey results to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. - contributing to I&D/ESG benchmarking surveys, as well as AXA annual report - coordinate entities periodical reporting processes on key I&D programs, ensuring timely and accurate data collection and submission. **Watching market trends**: - conducting in-depth research to identify and analyze emerging trends in I&D within the industry and beyond to inform decision-making and strategy refinement. - benchmarking AXA’s I&D initiatives against leading companies and industry standards to ensure competitive positioning and continuous improvement. - collaborating with external partners and networks to gain insights and share knowledge on innovative I&D strategies and initiatives. **YOUR PROFILE**: **Let’s talk about you**: Take a look at this handy list to help you decide if you’ve got the right skills and experience for this role. We're looking for a passionate advocate who brings both professional expertise and authentic commitment to I&D: **Experience**:5 to 7 years of professional experience is required, preferably with a focus on Corporate Social Responsibility, Social Impact initiatives, or Inclusion and Diversity within a global organization. **Skills**: **Project management**:proven ability to manage projects on an international scale, with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. **Organizational skills**:strong organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines efficiently. **Relationship building**:a natural talent for building relationships across diverse groups, fostering collaboration and open dialogue, with sensitivity to cultural nuances. **Event planning**:ability to organize impactful events and workshops that promote I&D initiatives and actively engage employees. **Adaptability**:capability to work independently and demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic envir
