As our new Automation Engineer, you’ll take part in implementing large
- and small-scale automation solutions in our factory in Chartres (FR). New and optimized automation solutions are essential for us, in order to develop and deliver new products to our patients.

Chartres site production (Eure et Loir) is looking for an:
**Automation Engineer supporting our project portfolio**

**The Position**

You will work both with practical, hands on, tasks such as:

- Propose technical solutions to the technical problems encountered
- Manage technical exchanges with suppliers and internal stakeholders

Documentation tasks such as:

- Write and review the technical documentation associated with Industrial IT/OT/MES solutions (Functional Specifications, Design Specifications, etc.)
- Write, review and execute protocols, test plans and qualification/validation report during modifications

Among others, we work with Siemens S7, Rockwell, iFix, Ignitiontechnologies, and you’ll be offered training in these technologies if needed. Having previous experience is not prerequisite, but it will be an advantage.

**Qualifications**
- Knowledge and experience with Siemens or Rockwell systems or equivalent automation systems, is an advantage.
- Knowledge and experience with server and IT infrastructure operations e.g., patching, network setup, backup
- A great passion for automation solutions, and a natural curiosity for new technologies.
- A positive Can-do attitude, together with a drive beyond the usual.
- High spirits and the capability to spread enthusiasm and positive energy to the people around you.

Our work is performed according to cGMP; hence it is expected that you possess a systematic approach to your tasks and that you are able to plan and finalize your tasks. Furthermore, we emphasized the importance of your capabilities to ensure and initiate tasks, also when they are not being handed to you. It is our expectation that you take responsibility for your own and the team’s goals.

**About the IT Project’ team**
We work with implementing large
- and small-scale automation solutions, ensuring stable and efficient operation of our IT & automation systems and ensuring data availability. We are a team of around 30 highly competent automation and infrastructure engineers working across different automation and data technologies fully dedicated to projects.
