We encapsulate complexity, expose clear interfaces, and build mature, long‑term building blocks. Scope Core Services: Payment, Messaging, Document Processing, Pricing Engine. Shared Platforms: AI Platform with strong adoption across areas. Operational Tooling: Dashboards and automation that support reliability, observability, and scalability. Foundational UX: shared layout systems, navigation, reusable UI components. Impact Your work will be used daily by hundreds of product builders across Alan. Shape reusable building blocks that speed safe product launches across multiple countries. Directly improve product velocity, consistency, and member experience. What we’re looking for – Experience 3+ years in backend, platform, or infrastructure engineering. Experience designing and maintaining internal services, APIs, or SDKs. Love turning complex problems into elegant solutions. Care about the “why” behind what you build, not just the “how”.
