Partnerships & Communications Manager
**JOB SUMMARY**

**MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Proactively drive and develop the partnerships strategy and relationships to deliver and maintain Q member benefits in Singapore.
- Actively source new and exciting benefits, supplier relationships and member events and activities around Singapore.
- Attend and assist in communicating to the Lifestyle Servicing team new suppliers, and member benefits.
- Work in collaboration with Global team across all online and offline marketing activities as relevant: development of content, CRM, the creation of sales and marketing assets.
- Manage and implement the day-to-day marketing activities; including communication, development of marketing collateral and working with the team to create ideas for engaging member events.
- Updating Salesforce and other key databases.
- Preparing new contracts and renewals for new benefits partners and suppliers.
- Monitor the Singapore market for what’s new, what’s happening and communicate this broadly across the team, proactively find events and promote them to our members.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in partnerships and luxury marketing.
- Excellent command of written and spoken in English. Mandarin is beneficial.
- Excellent network of partnership contacts.
- Strong sense of responsibility and be able to work independently to deadlines. Reliability and attention to details is essential.
- Proactive, good team player, personable, energetic and enthusiastic and able to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Genuine interest in and passionate about what’s happening around Singapore, especially in the luxury space.
