**The Role**
**What do we want to achieve together?**:
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships: Develop and execute a partnership strategy to support business growth and product adoption.
- Manage the entire partnership lifecycle: From initial outreach and negotiation to onboarding and relationship management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to align partnership initiatives with business objectives.
- Drive co-marketing and co-selling initiatives: Collaborate with partners to create joint marketing campaigns and sales opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and terms: Ensure favourable agreements that maximise mutual value.
- Monitor and report on partnership performance: Track KPIs and optimize strategies to improve outcomes.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitive landscape: Identify new opportunities for strategic alliances and growth.
**What do you need to be successful in this role?**:
- 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances within a SaaS or technology company.
- Proven track record of developing and scaling successful partnerships that drive revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills: Ability to build trust and credibility with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills: Clear and persuasive in articulating value propositions.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a dynamic startup environment.
- Experience with CRM tools and partnership management platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, PartnerStack).
- Experience in the Automotive industry with a network to leverage would be an asset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
