**Position Overview**

As **Service Manager** at **Permobil France**, you will play a key role in shaping our service network to deliver world-class technical support. This is a unique opportunity to define processes, foster collaboration, and drive change as Permobil France elevates its service standards and business performance.
This is a strategic, field-based, and collaborative role. As Service Manager at Permobil, you will influence and coordinate our network of technicians and work closely with teams across France and the EMEA region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Establish, develop, and manage a national service network composed of mobile service technicians,
- Collaborate with central EMEA colleagues to define and implement service processes, standards, and KPIs that ensure technical excellence and long-term profitability,
- Lead the introduction of new ways of working, driving change management initiatives in close coordination with local and regional teams,
- Act as the primary point of contact for all service-related matters in France, ensuring seamless communication between local colleagues, the EMEA region, and technicians,
- Monitor and continuously improve service delivery to maximize user satisfaction and uphold Permobil’s brand reputation,
- Analyze service network performance and identify areas for operational improvement and cost-effectiveness,
- Support business area strategy and objectives for Permobil France, ensuring alignment with broader EMEA goals,
- Represent the service function in cross-functional projects and collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Support to achieve shared success,
- Serve as a role model for Permobil values, fostering a collaborative and positive culture throughout times of change.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in engineering, business, or a related field,
- Proven experience in service management, technical operations, or network development - ideally within healthcare, mobility, or technical product sectors,
- Strong track record of building and optimizing service networks and processes,
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.,
- Demonstrated ability to drive and communicate change in a dynamic environment,
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken); other European languages are a plus.
