Group Head Housekeeper

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **Group Head Housekeeper** to oversee the housekeeping operations across our 50 hospitality properties throughout Europe under 6 different brands from Ascott Group (Citadines, The Crest Collection, lyf, The Unlimited Collection, Quest, Somerset). Each property has its own head housekeeper and internal or outsourced housekeeping attendants team, and you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction across all properties.

Based in Levallois-Perret, France, you will travel frequently to the Group's different properties in Europe.

Your key Responsibilities will be as follows:

- **Leadership and Management**: Provide leadership and support to the head housekeepers at each hotel or property, define and/or customize standards & procedures according to each brand specificities and ensuring consistent standards & procedures are maintained.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct regular inspections and audits of all properties to ensure compliance with group standards and guest expectations. Contribute to Group audit and certifications.
- **Training and Development**: Develop and implement training programs for housekeeping staff to enhance skills, efficiency, and service quality.
- **Operational Efficiency**: Streamline housekeeping processes to improve productivity and cost-effectiveness without compromising on quality.
- **Procurement and budget Management**:leading and coordinating tenders / RFP in collaboration with procurement team to optimize cost efficiency.
- **Health and Safety**: Ensure all health and safety regulations and group Environment Health and Safety policites and guidelines. are adhered to, promoting a safe and healthy working environment. Ensure local compliance.
- **Guest Satisfaction**: Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the guest experience.
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee inventory control for housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels and proper usage.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, such as maintenance and front office, to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service.

- English and French fluent.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
