New Vega is an independent media and communications group specializing in **gaming**, **technology**, and more broadly in the **entertainment industry** (studios, publishers, hardware manufacturers).
The group is composed of several specialized agencies covering **PR**, **events**, **media**, **influence**, and **social media**.

As the group expands internationally, more and more campaigns now involve multiple agencies working in coordination across markets.
To structure and maximize this dynamic, New Vega is creating a **transversal position of Head of Sales Group**, responsible for coordinating the commercial strategy, business development, proposals, and campaign follow-up at the group level.

**1. Group Commercial Coordination & Development**

- Define and oversee the **group-wide business development strategy** in collaboration with the sales directors of each agency.

- **Organize and coordinate joint prospecting activities**: participation in trade shows, industry events, publications and white papers, international roadshows, visibility and networking operations.

- Build and manage a **shared group sales pipeline**, ensuring visibility, prioritization, and coherence across entities.

- **Unite and lead** the sales contributors from each entity to foster synergies and complementarity of expertise.

**2. Coordination of Group Commercial Proposals**

- **Centralize and coordinate responses** to RFPs and pitches involving several agencies.

- Identify the right stakeholders (sales, strategy, production, creative direction) and organize collaboration efficiently.

- Ensure **quality, consistency, and format** of proposals, both in content and presentation.

- Organize pitch sessions and **prepare teams for client presentations**.

Your role is to **structure, streamline, and elevate** the entire proposal process.

**3. Follow-up, Reporting & Offer Optimization**

- Supervise **multi-agency campaign follow-ups**: execution, coordination, reporting, and post-campaign analysis.

- Centralize **performance data and client feedback** to derive strategic and operational insights.

- Recommend **improvements to the group’s commercial offer and internal processes** to enhance efficiency and clarity for clients.

- Contribute to the **formalization of a clear, competitive group offer** across markets.

**Experience**

- **5 to 8 years of experience** in a sales, marketing, or business development role within a communication, media, event, or digital agency.

- **Strong expertise in the gaming industry.**

- Proven experience in **cross-team coordination** and **multi-stakeholder commercial project management.**

- **International experience** or work on multi-market projects is a significant asset.

**Key Skills**

- Excellent understanding of **communication disciplines** (media, digital, influence, events, creative), especially within the gaming ecosystem.

- Ability to **analyze client needs** and recommend relevant levers to meet objectives.

- Strong sense of **coordination, diplomacy, and teamwork** across multiple departments and entities.

- **Excellent writing and presentation skills** for commercial materials.

- Solid marketing culture and proficiency with **CRM and collaborative tools** (Notion, Drive, Slack, etc.).

- **Fluent professional English**, written and spoken.
