Partager l'environnement particulier des plus beaux lieux de la tradition italienne, créer des moments de partage uniques avec nos clients. **Head of Controlling Group - Directeur du Contrôle de Gestion Groupe (H/F)** - Paris **Tes missions**: **Réel** - **Supervision des reportings mensuels** : Supervision des délais de clôture et des reportings mensuels. Participation à la clôture sur les sujets cash flows - **analyse**: challenge des DAF pays sur les données financières remontées, analyse mensuelle de la performance par rapport au budget - **Communication financière **:Organisation des board, comex et Business Review avec le fonds d'investissement actionnaire - **Performance **:Mise en place des Business Review groupe afin de suivre la performance et les plans d'actions **Prévisionnel** - **Élaboration du Business Plan Groupe. **Ownership du BP holding et production du BP Groupe - **Reforecast**: 2 fois par an. Ownership de la consolidation - **Budget** **:Mise en place et suivi du process budgétaire. Consolidation des données (intégration dans Lucanet) et production des cash-flows. **Projets** - **M&A** : Etudes d'opportunités d'acquisition, de la prospection au closing - **Transformation de la fonction Finance**: Digitalisation, Implémentation de Lucanet en consolidation, amélioration des délais de clôture et de la fiabilité de l'information - **Sherpa du COMEX sur les projets transverses à valeur ajoutée **:En charge du suivi - **Transformation **:En charge du suivi du "Value Creation Plan" pour le Groupe **Profil attendu**: 7 à 10 ans d’expérience avec un passage en cabinet d’audit comprenant une expérience en Transaction Services. Une expérience au sein d’une équipe finance en entreprise serait un plus. Fiabilité et rigueur, team player, stratégique, esprit de synthèse Français et anglais courant. **Management**: Vous reporterez directement au DAF Groupe et managerez une équipe de 2 personnes **Benefits**: Plus de détails seront discutés lors de l’entretien.
