Kaino, cabinet de recrutement spécialisé en Data, recrute un-e **Head of Data Science** en CDI pour une entreprise technologique innovante, éditrice d’une plateforme SaaS d’analytique avancée.

Vous rejoignez l’équipe Data et prenez la tête des équipes Analytics & Machine Learning, au cœur des enjeux d’innovation.

**MISSIONS**

En tant que Head of Data Science, vous définissez la vision et pilotez la structuration des activités data science, analytics et machine learning.

Vos responsabilités principales:

- Management des équipes de data scientists, data analysts & ML engineers
- Définition de la roadmap, structuration des livrables et encadrement opérationnel
- Conception et mise en œuvre de solutions analytiques et de modèles statistiques/ML
- Interface avec les équipes Produit, Conseil, Ingénierie et Data Platform
- Supervision des études internes et clients, cadrage, validation des approches
- Veille technologique et documentation autour des pratiques AI/ML
- Déploiement d’une culture collaborative et responsabilisante

**PROFIL**
- Bac+5 en data science, mathématiques appliquées, informatique ou équivalent
- Expérience confirmée en data science et encadrement d’équipes
- Solide culture technique en modélisation statistique et machine learning
- Maîtrise de SQL + un langage orienté objet (Python, Java, etc.)
- Expérience avec des frameworks ML/DL (PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace )
- Connaissance de Spark / Databricks appréciée
- Capacité à dialoguer avec des équipes métiers et à piloter des projets complexes
