Outsourcing Manager

As part of its development and for its next very ambitious productions, QUANTIC DREAM is recruiting an Outsourcing Manager to manage and explore external solutions and partners, mainly in the field of graphic asset production.
You will be part of the Production department.
**Missions**:
- Maintain and cultivate a positive long-term relationship with external partners;
- Research, list, retrieve and prepare all information regarding external partner types, availability, resource pool, pricing;
- Plan and book resource requirements to ensure that the best resources are always available for the project needs;
- Anticipate resource needs in the short, medium and long term, despite a changing environment;
- Coordinate with internal referents and make suggestions to improve internal processes to ensure that production runs smoothly;
- Assist the Art Directors and leads as well as the internal teams who interact daily with external service providers to ensure that any concerns are brought forward and resolved as quickly as possible;
- Facilitate communication between all internal teams (primarily Art) to define overall objectives, ensure delivery dates are met and any issues are escalated quickly;
- Monitor the status of assets, ensuring that all documentation required to successfully launch production is properly prepared, communicated, understood and followed by our external partners;
- Support external partner project managers in creating and tracking schedules and managing resources;
- Ensure the follow-up of invoices and monitor the subcontracting budget, provide regular feedback to top management;
- Be a driving force in the development of subcontracting in the studio to improve costs and deadlines, but also quality.
**Profile**:
- Between 3 and 5 years of direct experience in managing subcontractors and external partners in graphic and/or animation (asset) production;
- You are able to solve complex production problems in an efficient and timely manner;
- You have a good knowledge of internal and external art/graphic production pipelines;
- You are comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, you accept changes and iterations to improve quality;
- Knowledge and proficiency in Excel, Shotgrid and JIRA
- Excellent level of English and French
- Good interpersonal skills, you have a strong taste for teamwork and team spirit
- Good communicator with interpersonal skills to interact and collaborate with various interlocutors
- You are rigorous, organized and autonomous
- Motivated and committed
- You show initiative and are a force of proposal
