This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, ambitious team in Clinical Operations. You will play a critical part in driving innovation and making an impact in the clinical research space, while enjoying a stimulating professional environment that encourages personal and intellectual growth.
- Coordinate and manage contracts for outsourced services and research collaborations (both industrial and academic).
- Identify and assess potential new industrial or academic partners.
- Ensure compliance with outsourcing policies and best practices throughout all subcontracting activities.
- Challenge internal needs, support partner selection, and manage requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Plan, prioritize, and implement all contractual documents required for operational activities (service agreements, collaborations, expert contracts, confidentiality agreements, etc.).
- Act as the primary contact point for operational teams, Legal, Procurement, Budget Officers, and Purchasing Administrators for the setup and follow-up of outsourced services.
- Maintain and update relevant information systems (Legal, Procurement, Compliance).

**About You**

- Experience: P**rofessional experience** in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, ideally within outsourcing, contract management, procurement, or project coordination, Experience in **contractual processes** (drafting, reviewing, negotiating), and interaction with legal and procurement teams.
- Skills: Solid understanding of **pharmaceutical R&D processes** and familiarity with outsourced service management (CROs, academic collaborations, etc.), Proactive mindset, with the ability to **challenge needs constructively** and support strategic decision-making
- Education: Scientific degree (Master’s level - Bac +5) in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field
- Languages: Fluency in **English and French** (written and spoken) is required.
