**À propos du poste**:
En tant que directeur financier de CBRE, vous participerez au développement et à la gestion de toutes les fonctions financières du service.Ce poste fait partie de la fonction Stratégie financière et opérations. Ils sont responsables du maintien des politiques et des contrôles comptables, financiers et de reporting.
- **Ce que vous ferez**:

- Fournir une supervision formelle aux équipes. Suivre la formation et le développement du personnel. Effectuer des évaluations de performance et un encadrement. Superviser le recrutement et l'embauche de nouveaux employés.
- Planifier et exécuter la budgétisation, les prévisions, les processus de planification stratégique et les reportings de gestion standard.
- Examiner les commentaires des équipes et des partenaires commerciaux afin d'aider au processus de planification stratégique.
- Travailler avec la direction pour établir les priorités du service afin de respecter les délais. Élaborer des politiques et des procédures financières.
- Superviser la préparation des rapports de résultats.
- Travailler avec l'équipe opérationnelle pour soutenir les initiatives de l'entreprise.
- Exécuter les projets d'investissement conformément aux directives d'approbation de l'entreprise.
- Identifier et résoudre des problèmes multidimensionnels, complexes, opérationnels et organisationnels en tirant parti des ressources appropriées au sein ou à l'extérieur du département.
- Améliorer et modifier de manière significative les méthodes, processus et normes existants au sein de l'entreprise.

**Ce dont vous aurez besoin**:

- Issu(e) de formation supérieur de type Bac+5 en Finance, comptabilité et Gestion, vous justifiez d'une expérience de 8 années minimum.
- Manager aguerri, Disposez d'un leadership naturel
- Ecoute, aisance à l'oral, capacité à convaincre et anticiper seront autant de qualité requises pour la réussite à ce poste.
- anglais oral et écrit obligatoire.
