AI6 Technologies est une start-up française avec des bureaux à Paris, Nîmes, Saint-Malo, Grenoble et Tours. Notre mission : rendre la gestion de sinistres plus rapide, plus juste et fondée sur des analyses scientifiques grâce à des plateformes d’intelligence artificielle de pointe.

Pour intégrer différents modèles d'IA à nos produits, nous avons besoin d'un ingénieur senior spécialisé IA / ML.

**Missions principales**
- Aider à concevoir l'architecture technique des flux **Speech‑to‑Text (STT) → NLU / LLM → Orchestration → Text‑to‑Speech (TTS)** avec forte exigence de fluidité utilisateur.
- Développer / intégrer des **modèles de reconnaissance vocale** (open‑source ou API) et optimiser fine‑tuning / adaptation domaine & accents.
- Mettre en place la **compréhension conversationnelle** : prompts structurés, context management, mémoire, tool‑use / API calls, garde‑fous.
- Instrumenter la qualité : métriques WER, réactivité perçue, taux de complétion formulaire, satisfaction utilisateur, coût inference.
- Industrialiser : conteneurisation, CI/CD modèle, monitoring drift, A/B testing, feature flags.

**Compétences requises**
- **Must‑have techniques**_
- Solide background en ML appliqué au **speech** (ASR/STT) et/ou **TTS**, + expérience LLM (prompting avancé, fine‑tuning, RAG, orchestration d'agents / function calling).
- Excellente maîtrise de **Python** (PyTorch ou équivalent) et d'écosystèmes inference (ONNX, TensorRT, vLLM, etc. selon profil).
- Expérience en **systèmes audio interactifs / streaming** (WebRTC, gRPC, websockets) ou pipelines batch à faible latence.
- Connaissances **NLP / extraction d'entités / slot filling / dialogue management**.
- Pratiques MLOps / DataOps : pipelines entraînement, versioning modèles & données, déploiement scalable cloud.
- Sécurité & conformité données (RGPD, PII masking, chiffrement en transit & au repos) appliquées à la voix.
- **Soft skills**_
- Orientation produit : capable de traduire un besoin métier en architecture pragmatique.
- Communication claire avec profils non techniques (CS, ventes, clients finaux).
- Goût pour le build incrémental / expérimentation rapide / mesure d'impact.

**Bonus appréciés**
- Expérience multi‑langue FR/EN/ES (ou autres).
- Connaissance d'engines ASR open source (ex. Whisper, Vosk, NeMo) et TTS neurale (ex. XTTS, Bark, Coqui, etc.) ou offres cloud majeures.
- Expérience agents conversationnels avec **tools / function calling** et intégration CRM / ERP.
- Background en UX vocale, design conversationnel, ou agents émotionnels.
- Edge / on‑prem déploiements (souveraineté données, contraintes réseau).
