**Title**:Senior Staff Business Development Specialist **Requisition ID**:40129**Department**:Rad Hard Business**Location**:Paris, FR**Job Function**:Business Development- - We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist (Senior-Staff/Senior-Principal level) to lead in further developing and increase Renesas market share in this area.- This individual will interface with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Design Engineering with a focus on customer and market development.**Role Responsibilities** - Identify target customers and vertical markets that align - Be first contact for sales - Support/Drive sales to closure with design to production - Meet targeted Design-In goals - Identify and remove barriers to success. - Provide feedback to product development teams regarding market requirements. - Train sales and distributors teams - Communicate tools and resources enabling sales success. **Your Profile** - BSEE + >15yrs experience or MSEE + >10yrs experience - Experience working with subsystem engineering, component engineering, and procurement within tier 1 Space accounts in the EU. - Working knowledge of Space radiation effects, that can effectively be applied when interacting with the customer base. - Strong track record in growing design ins/revenue, maximizing content on every customer design. - Working knowledge on primary bus and payload system architectures, more specifically power management and telemetry, tracking and command systems. RF Communications as well is a strong - plus.- Ability to create or suggest collateral in order to compete well and maximize content per design. - Established relationship with key ESA contacts and various EU country governmental organizations (e.g. CNES) is a plus. - Familiar with Model N and Power BI tools is a plus.Renesas respects all types of diversity and values, and actively works to improve our work environment and foster a corporate culture that accepts and is inclusive of one another.
