**In view of these ambitious objectives, we're opening a position of a Chief of Staff to the CEO.** In this role, you will support the CEO (and the rest of the management team) to ensure the company scales better and faster.
To that purpose, **y**ou will make sure that the company’s objectives are well understood and adopted by everyone**, and that key strategic priorities are properly defined, communicated and delivered by the different managers and teams.
You will **help the CEO** build and host the most impactful meetings to support the company’s overall performance.
**You will also own** your set of strategic projects or initiatives.
**Missions**:
**Performance & meetings process**:
- **Project / company performance management**:
- You will help the CEO set and track the company’s and departments’ OKR:
- ensure projects are in line with the annual objectives and OKR (cascade OKR at team level)
- suggest the best way to update and communicate on OKR, and help deliver this communication, hand-in-hand with the marketing & HR departments
- ensure the right systems are in place to measure progress and address variance.
- You will also make sure, for key projects, that a proper ownership is in place and that targets are well understood. You will build reports and dashboards as needed to keep track of the most important initiatives.
- **Key meetings (Copil / board / allhands) process**:
- You will suggest the best way to organize these meetings (attendees, frequency, length, support material )
- You will take care of setting the agenda in advance, and coordinating with all speakers and attendees to ensure the topics are well prepared and presented
- You will support the CEO in building impactful and insightful presentations (e.g. economic context updates, strategy updates, transversal initiatives)
- You will act as timekeeper during these strategic meetings, and will draft and share minutes
- **Communication**
- You will contribute to team alignment by identifying holes in communication by attending specifics meetings (ex : tech/product + revenue)
**Strategic insights production**:
- **You will help the CEO on specific topics/project as needed**:
- Gather and structure insightful input to define a strategy axis, build or prioritize a project, etc.
- Produce research notes and high levelmarket analyses on key topics (e.g. US competition, market drivers )
**Project contributors management**:
- You will be the CEO “eyes and ear on the ground” by taking part in discussions with every team in the company and identifying which team is doing well / which team is struggling or unaligned in projects.
- You will suggest remediation plans in order to fight coordination-related inefficiencies of projects.
**Project portfolio management**:
- **You will own specific projects as needed**:
- E.g.: own the relation/nego with a new tier 1 partner.
- E.g.: plan the US landing for the french team.
- E.g.: define & and implement a new reporting plan for the Revenue department

- **At least 4Y of exp. as strategy / management consultant working with C-level**:
