En postulant à cette offre, vous aurez l'opportunité de rejoindre une société prometteuse. Cette dernière est née en 2018 d'un constat simple : le bureau n’est plus adapté aux besoins actuels. Il est compliqué de s’isoler pour faire une visioconférence ou de trouver une salle de réunion. Leur mission est d’apporter plus de sérénité à l’environnement de travail avec leur gamme de capsules modulaires et insonorisées.

Transparents dans la conception de leurs produits, ils sont conçus par leur équipe d’ingénieur basée à Paris et fabriqués en France à partir de matériaux éco-responsables. Accompagnée par des investisseurs de premier plan, François Blum (cofondateur de LeBonCoin), Bertrand Uzeel (cofondateur de WelcomeToTheJungle), Eric Larcheveque (cofondateur de Ledger) ou encore Jeremy Charoy (cofondateur de Lalalab), ils sont donc dans une période de très forte croissance en France et s'ouvrent à de nouveaux marchés en Europe.

Dans le cadre de leur croissance, ils recherchent aujourd'hui leur futur **C**ountry Launcher H/F**.**

**_Votre mission si vous l'acceptez : _**

Cette personne sera rattachée à l'équipe Opérations.
- Définir et déployer en autonomie une stratégie pour pénétrer de nouveaux marchés,
- Identifier les premières opportunités en prospectants des cibles BTB et en signants des premiers partenariats avec des acteurs locaux (co-working par exemple),
- Objectif : générer 500K€ de CA sur 3 premiers mois.
- Participer à la mise en place et coordination des opérations logistiques en identifiant les fournisseurs pour produire en local,
- Recruter l'équipe qui assurera la continuité de ces succès.

**Exigences**:
**_ Et vous ?_**
- Minimum 5 ans d’expérience après une école de commerce ou formation universitaire,
- Un niveau d’anglais courant/natif et une bonne communication dans d'autres langues (Espagnol, Allemand),
- Un fort esprit entrepreunarial:

- Exemple : a déjà monté une entreprise, a travaillé dans une startup/scale-up et comprend l'importance d'être muli-tâches, de sortir de ses responabilités habituelles si nécessaire,
- Idéalement : être autonome sur de la prospection commerciale:

- Savoir identifier des clients cibles, structurer et automatiser son approche, faire du cold calling, gérer des négociations...
- Une capacité à comprendre les enjeux et besoins de notre chaîne logistique.
