Our 11000 experts and 125+ offices in 87 jurisdictions worldwide serve corporates, financial institutions, asset managers, private clients and family offices, providing the combination of accounting, tax, payroll, fund administration, compliance and entity management services essential to global business success. **Discover the role** The Senior Accountant supports, and in conjunction with, the Managers and supervisors, manages a team of staff, ensuring that the provision of all client work for the portfolio is delivered on time and to a high standard in order to meet productivity targets. **Key Responsibilities** - Full processing of accounting and tax reporting files, by allocation of international client portfolio - Preparation or review of annual financial statements, tax returns, closing transactions - Setting up monthly and quarterly reports with different levels of autonomy depending on files’ complexity - Supervising one or more junior employees: ensuring that they can perform the requested work/tasks by providing the adequate knowledge, information, expertise, and support - Ensuring a smooth and effective communication with clients on an operational level, on areas defined by the supervisors/managers **About you** - Fluent knowledge of English (B2) - Degree in Accounting, Audit (BTS, DCG, DSCG, Master CCA or equivalents), or a comparable level achieved through exposure and experience - At least 3-5 years’ experience in outsourcing firms or multinational - At least 2 years’ experience in coaching junior staff members and managing team members - Proficiency in Office Pack - especially Excel - Knowledge of at least one accounting software: SAGE, CEGID Loop, Yooz or equivalent, Netsuite, or SAP is a plus, Enate Suit, ORACLE, Blackline, Workday, Yardi Voyager. - Autonomy, anticipation, responsiveness, timeliness, and team spirit **What's in it for you?** Working flexibility - Remote working agreement : 3 days in remote, 1 day mandatory at the office and 1 flex day - Possibility to work remotely from abroad 20 working days per year - TMF Explorer Program with possibility to work from a TMF office in another country 15 days per year **Benefits**: - 50 € per month remote working allowance - 100% coverage of health insurance - Reimboursement 60% Passe Navigo - Meal lunch vouchers : 10,86 € per day (50% paid by the employer) - Lundi de Pentecôte offert - Christmas vouchers up to 180€ - Refer a friend policy (bonus from 1000€ to 4000€) - “Prime de bilan” in July Bien-être au travail - GymLib subscription with lower prices - Social responsibility : child cancer race, a client a tree - Semaine QVT => quality of life at work - Regular team events : parties, Parc Asterix, International - Almost only international clients - Foreign languages courses available - International mobility **Advertised**: 27 Aug 2024 Romance Daylight Time **Applications close**: 23 Oct 2024 Romance Daylight Time
