**About the team**
As part of the Retail Team you will play a key role being part of a high-performing retail team and supporting the Store Manager in his/her work. Being the main responsible for the team, the store and its performance in the absence of the Store Manager.
**Responsibilities**
- Support the Store Manager in his/her daily work.
- Acting Store Manager in his/her absence
- Contribute to the store performance and to achieve the set retail and sales targets.
- Contribute with ideas and activities to drive sales to ensure the targets are being met.
- Support in identifying objectives and set priorities to meet short
- and long-term goals, delegating responsibilities to the store team where appropriate.
- Support in analysing and following up on the store performance.
- Support in planning and scheduling all store staff ensuring sales and productivity efficiency.
- Observe that all retail policies and procedures are being done as per retail and procedures manual.
- Support in overseeing physical store operations including maintenance to ensure the environment meets health & safety and Company standards
- Ensure store administration is delivered in an accurate and timely manner.
- Support in communicating and reporting back to Area Manager/ Retail Manager the sales and retail KPI’s in time. (on a weekly and a monthly basis).
- Support in training and developing the team ensuring individuals have a clear understanding of the GANT goals and objectives.
- Motivate the team
- Act as a role model to never stop learning and inspire the team to develop.
- Contribute to create a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations and targets.
- Contribute to ensuring constant team development through our learning platform, GANT Academy
- Support the visual presentation and merchandising of the Store is consistent with Company standards

- Experience of working within retail Sales advisor, preferable within a fashion premium brand.
- Experience of sales and customer service
- Experience of coaching and developing teams
- Experience of recruitment is valued
- Fluent in French and English, and preferably more languages
We are looking for a **35-hours ASM.**
